My name is Shelley Stephens (she/they). I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Oakland University then I received my Master’s degree in Counseling at Wayne State University. I’m a AASECT Certified Sex Therapist (American Association for Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists). I received training from Arizona Trauma Institute for Clinical Trauma Specialist. I’m a Certified Level 1 Gottman Therapist.

I’m disabled; muscular dystrophy and hard of hearing. I’m a mom and a wife. I identify as poly and bisexual. In my spare time I build Lego and puzzles, reading and watch anime, trash TV and true crime. My low key hobbies include MTG (Magic the Gathering), board games and video games.
